For this particular website, i went onto myfiles.sxu.edu and uploaded the file folder of my site into the www folder on the host. To make the website in the first place I used iweb, which is a program on macs that use templates to make websites. It is quite simple, and very easy. I changed only a few things, mostly some text and added my own pictures.
I think the issue I will most have to deal with in making websites is staying organized, and keeping all my files in the correct folders and what not. Sometimes, my logic is not very logical or streamlined.

Concept: Why you did what you did? What is the purpose of your website, what are you trying to say?
Composition: A statement about the elements arranged in space (this case 2D screen). You want to talk about text, images and void space relationship.
Craft: How you arranged those elements.
With concept, composition and craft, one can effectively judge the success of your project.
